Each entity within the Main Line Health system has its own distinct strengths and offerings for families in the Philadelphia region, from its four highly respected acute care hospitals and its premier facility for rehabilitative medicine to its institute for medical research, health centers, and multi-specialty physician network. While the system’s brand must be used consistently, each entity needed to communicate its core strengths to patients and supporters. Leapfrog created advancement communications that elevated each entity’s distinct value in its community while remaining true to the Main Line Health messaging and visual identity. This cohesive and memorable suite of communications helped garner support for the mission and engendered loyalty to both the hospitals and the health system.

The completion of a comprehensive campaign, and an event to celebrate its investors, provided an opportunity to inform, cultivate, and steward the individuals who made Lankenau Medical Center one of their philanthropic priorities. A Report on Success featured full page stories about important programs and discoveries at Lankenau, each sponsored by a donor. This provided an additional opportunity to support the Medical Center’s work while communicating the impact of contributions to the campaign.
A comprehensive project to create recognition societies began with discovery interviews and peer research. The result was a suite of materials that reflects the motivation for giving articulated by loyal donors. From a legacy society and cumulative giving society to a planned giving society and leadership giving society, the publications communicate to potential donors the power of their investment in the present and future of the institution.
